Okay, okay, so it’s true.

Yes, I did place a bid, but eBay has been shitty for CDs recently, so I’ve started venturing into other areas.
I already have a great Ren frosted-glass tumbler that I love, maybe this could be fun.
PS: Anyone want a Pink Gown with Diamantes?

Ebay is fecking evil! Tis the devils work to visit that site. Your friends need to hold an intervention post haste!

Steph - I once replaced a favourite CD of mine that was stolen for $2.50 thanks to eBay. I’ve been using that as my case study for 3 years now, and all the shit that has gone on due to eBay is blissfully ignored in favour of the rose-coloured glasses approach. Could I be any more like a gambler?

You never did track down those CDs did you!! I still find it very odd…very odd indeed. In fact I still remember us walking from the library to A-block and you telling me you’d left your CDs somewhere. Sigh - those were the days. Have you replaced all of them?

AJ - All of it has been replaced, but not all with new copies. I did end up buying new copies of A New Brain and Falsettoland. That was a bad day for humanity. I know who stole them, but my morals stop me from creating a violent scene. But if anyone else wants to, I can pass on the details…

I actually like eBay - I’ve managed to offload a lot of junk to unsuspecting individuals plus that’s how I got my nice camera for about $500 less than retail (BRAND NEW).
We were talking about how petty people can be when it comes to stealing things at work the other day - a guy put down some wet weather gear in the sign on room, went to the toilet and in the two minutes he was gone, someone had stolen it. What is it with people? They suck.
Mmmmmm pink with diamantes……

Kevin - I too have gotten some great discounts on some products, but it’s also a great spending motivator. As for the stealing, I don’t understand it either…

Tyson, i need to know if it was me who stole your cd’s, you know i’m prone to ‘medical’ blackouts.
