Having an income is really a marvelous thing.
Sure, my income at the moment is very slight, but the fact that my debits will eventually be replenished by slowly earned credts, that feels great. Particularly after I just spent too much on my MP3 player.
I imagine it would be less fun when you’ve got to spend it all on rent, food, water, telephone, internet, petrol etc…

You imagine correctly young Tyson. There really is nothing like getting a pay docket that has a big gross income amount followed by what’s left after the taxes are taken out of it.
Then you get to give away even more to other less deserving people. You’re lucky to make much of a profit most of the time.

I’ve found the more I earn the more I spend.

Yeh I’m with James - the more I have there, the more motivation I have to spend it and buy something that in my mind I need when really it’s useless. Take my new phone - I bought it coz it was new, it’s better, and because I could. My old phone was fine.

Yes, intersesting comment on your concern about having to pay for petrol EVENTUALLY, i dont recall ANYONE’S claw like hands reaching into their pockets besides myself to pay for petrol on our 12000 trips a month to Sydney!
