Wow, what a blogging break. And what a sorry return this is going to be.

Basically, I’ve got next to nothing to say. I recieved my scholarship cheque, I banked it. That about brings me to today. I really have a lot of work to do and I haven’t started. Shame on me!

Thanks to Michael H. for his lovely gift that arrived today. I’ll be perched in my bed reading it - I’m very excited to have it.

Please, stay tuned for me. This is bound to pass once I actually start doing things again.

Speech, Nathan Speech!

Let me just become a clichÈ for a moment and say I’ve been too busy to blog. Blah Blah. I have also been too busy to podcast. I’ve also been too busy to fix my relatives’ computer. Does that make you feel any better?

I also screwed up my XP install (a reinstall of 98 decided to automatically install over the top of XP), so it has just taken time to get everything going again.

Next week is a week off, from this friday due to Easter, so I should try to get the new galleries online by then.

Ugh, looking around my room is a sty. I have my piano on my desk, taking up all the room there is, which somehow means there are CDs everywhere, sheet music strewn around the room, records, clothes and notes all over my bed. It’s going to be quite a mission to clean it up.

It has been a rather productive few days for me so far as uni work. As deadlines actually start to near I’m forced to do work. Sunday night I wrote a music composition and today I spent the cold day under a blanket writing a presentation for tommorow.

I’ll finish on something perhaps useful. If, like me, you are always burning loads of data off onto CD or DVD, a nifty little program called CDrLabel will save you hours of digging around for the disc that holds the right file you’re looking for. I like it because it does what I want extremely quickly and makes special slim line labels for the cases I use. Too easy!

Wed and Bed

A very special happy birthday cheer to Min, as well as Heather - both for Friday (tommorow)! It’s so close, but I’m not going to make it.

Song Ideas

One day I’ll write a show with all the song titles I come up with…

Just tonight talking to QLD Rebecca (not to be mistaken with Becky, Syd Rebecca, or SHHS Rebecca), I come up with two:

Firstly, a song about gay dinner parties called “4 Fags and a bowl of Fagioli”.

Secondly, how to woo the ladies by purchasing them lemonade icecreams, entitled “Slicksticks for Slick Dicks”.

Can I publish this? Is this blog children friendly?
